Country History: Hungary was under the control of the Soviet Union. Many Hungarians began an uprising against Soviet Union policies in which the Soviet Union invaded Hungary. The U.S.S.R. wanted to stop the protesters in which many Hungarians died or fled to another area. However, Hungary gained independence and switch to a democratic republic and  the leader is Viktor Orban. The country is facing financial crsis and trying to become stable after the collaspe of the Soviet Union. 

Summary of Articles: Hungary is in need of financial support from the European Union who in court question the country commitment and strenght to democracy. At the meeting Jose Manuel Barrobo, European commission president, and Viktor Orban, Hugarian president, discussed Hungary status on Tuesday. Legal action on the central bank was colsed and the negotiation with the European Union and the internation Montary fund was delayed on Wednesday. In the late 2008, Hungary suffered from finanical crisis and needed money for emergency outside financing. Mr. Orban became president in 2010 and took control of the Fidez party in order to stablize Hungary. Tension rises when Hungary buget is deficit and must pay to open legal actions. Mr. Orban said“Interest rates are growing and growing. So it’s not an easy period for the country." Which makes Hungary the only European country outside the euro that is going through recession and unempolyment. European Union wants to cut the salary fo the government in which conflict begins. There are three concerns that the European Union are deciding on what to do which are Mr. Orban's party replacement, hungary central bank and the independence of Hungary's protection program. Benedek Javor, the head of the opposition LMP group in parliment, accused the government of wasting time, rising taxes, and is unable "to stabilize the nation’s economy and make it trustworthy in front of international organizations.”

Country History: India was once under the rules of the British empire in which Hindus and Muslims came together with the help of Gandhi to gain their independence. The country gained their independence on August 15, 1947 and the country current leader is Pratibha Patil. India established a republic with a parliamentary system as its political system.

Summer of Article: Ten years ago Narendra Modia, chief minister of Gujarat was abhorred by everyone because of the deaths of hundreds of people. Mr. Modia is now admired and is the leader of the Bharatiya janata party. He endeared himself to the business people and middle class by using patriotism. In February 27, 2012, 60 Hindus pilgrims were burned alive in Godhra. Many people believed that the Muslims planned the attack in which they were convicted and sentence to death or prison. A riot occurred in Gujarat that killed hundreds of Muslims. The media and reporters believed that Mr. Modia was complicit to the deaths of Muslim because he supported the Hindus. Mr. Pandya was murdered for defending Mr. Modia in which 12 Muslims were arrested for committed a homicide. The court alleged the 12 Muslims and the court try to accused Modia but there was no evidence. Pareveen Togadia, a Hindu, who did an interview in order to increase Mr. Modia state election. Many people still support Mr. Modia even though he couldn't control the "spontaneous reaction of the Hindus".

Background of Imperialism in the Country: My article is about Nicaragua that is located in Central America. This country was imperialized in the 16th century by the Spain. Nicaragua received its independence in 1821.

Summary of Article: Nicaragua was imperialized by Spain and regain its independence in which they had to find a new government. Somoza family was the first to control economic, government and military of Nicaragua in the 1930-1979. They soon was overthrown by a uprising in which Nicaragua in the 1980 was the center of the cold war on the west. Mr. Ortega ran the for president and won which outrage Nicaragua. The people believed Ortega's party cheated and he wanted to limit human rights. he was soon kicked out but Nicaragua suffered from transition to find a government that led them to live in poverty, poor education and unemployment. The Imperializers affected them to not be able to sustain themselves because they can't find the right government to protect their rights.

Suggestions for improvement: The issue discuss in this article is a transition to find a government ever since they regain their independence. This is a social issue because Nicaragua suffer form poverty and they have poor education with high unemployment which affect the people. what can be done to solve this issue to find a candidate to run for president and that has the knowledge to run the country by protecting people right or the people can notified their complaints to their government so that they can make change. The group that is in a position to effect change are the people affected by the situation and the local government because they can both work together to address these issue in Nicaragua by making a petition or gathering money to fix their issues within their country.
